- Festive Travels Sdn Bhd is not responsible for delays, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
- By confirming the booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions.
- Adult - 12 years old and above
- Child - 3 years old up to 11 years old (accompanied by a paying adult)
- Children aged below 2 years old are considered infant and entitled to free of charge
- Infant and children are included in the total passenger headcount
- Rates are applicable for pick-ups within the Penang Island c area ONLY
- An additional surcharge rm40.00 per person (minimum of 2 persons) for return shall apply for pick-ups from outskirt area
