- Adult – 12 years old and above
- Child – 3 years old up to 11 years old (accompanied by a paying adult)
- Children aged below 2 years old are considered infant and entitled to free of charge
- Infant and children are included in the total passenger headcount
- Rates are applicable for pick-ups within the Penang Island c area ONLY
- An additional surcharge rm40.00 per person (minimum of 2 persons) for return shall apply for pick-ups from outskirt area
- Driver provided only for 8 hours
- Attraction and timing can be change due to traffic jammed and weather
- Any other attraction wants to be change by pax need to inform 2 weeks before due date
