If the trip is cancelled or changed due to events beyond control (like war, riots, natural disasters, health risks, etc.), Festive Travels Sdn Bhd will not provide a refund.
However, we do accept forwarding
the trip to a new travel date (depends on the availability).
The peak season surcharge will apply during the following periods:
● New Year
● Chinese New Year (Day 1 & 2)
● Hari Raya Aidilfitri (Day 1 & 2)
● Labour Day
● Hari Raya Haji (Day 1)
● National Day (Merdeka)
● Malaysia Day
● Deepavali
● Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
*A surcharge of RM50/person of the total package price will be applied during peak seasons.
- Adult – 12 years old and above
- Child – 3 years old up to 11 years old (accompanied by a paying adult)
- Children aged below 2 years old are considered infant and entitled to free of charge
- Infant and children are included in the total passenger headcount
