- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15–30 minutes before the cruise departure time.
- The cruise will depart on schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the cruise: Full refund (if applicable).
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the cruise: No refund.
- No refund will be given for no-shows or late arrivals.
- The cruise operates in most weather conditions.
- If the cruise is cancelled by the operator due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a reschedule or refund (subject to the operator’s policy).
Safety
Please follow all instructions given by the boat crew at all times.
Life jackets are available and should be worn whenever instructed.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout the cruise.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Health & Fitness
Guests with medical conditions, pregnant guests, or those with limited mobility should inform us before booking.

The cruise route, timing, or schedule may change due to weather, water conditions, safety reasons, or operational requirements.
Photos and videos may be taken during the cruise for promotional purposes. Please let us know before departure if you prefer not to appear in any photos.
