If the number of participants is reduced between 15 and 40 days before the trip, only 50% of the package price per cancelled participant will be refunded. - No refund will be provided for any reduction in the number of participants within 10 days of the trip.
- We are not responsible if you miss your return flight due to booking separture.

- Airport before 6:00 PM.
- Departure Flight: Your return flight must depart after 7:00 PM.
- Trip Starting Point: The trip begins from Penang International Airport.
- Package Type: This is a self-guided package. Our team will provide additional information, including recommended dining options and other useful travel tips.
- Accommodation: Rooms are on a twin, triple, or quad-sharing basis, subject to availability on your travel dates.
- Penang Hill: Wearing proper shoes is mandatory for the outdoor activities. You may bring your own suitable shoes.

- Breakfast: breakfast is provided by hotel or we will bring you to our choosing restaurant.
- Booking Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully received, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.
